The health & safe of resort guests and staff is the main concern at our 3 resorts during the COVID–19 crisis
The Federation of Community, Sporting & Workers Clubs, management and staff at our 3 Holiday resorts located at Sussex Inlet, Fingal Bay & Urunga, have your health & safety as our main concern during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis.
We are taking advice on COVID–19 (Coronavirus) very seriously and as a result have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety and well being for all our guests, staff and visitors. Our primary concern will be to protect people, ensure our obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and maintain our high standard, duty of care to our guests & staff at all resorts.
We would like to reassure you that we are taking extreme precautions to ensure we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of the virus.
Please note we provide self-contained accommodation and therefor guests can choose to apply social distancing or social isolation as you feel is necessary while holidaying with us at our 3 resorts.
Due to requirements of running our resorts, staff rosters and additional cleaning procedures we are doing all we can to support the economy & employment, therefor our standard terms & conditions and cancellation policies still apply to all bookings.
Providing a safe environment is critical and we ask that guests and visitors DO NOT attend any of our resorts if you fall into any of the following categories:
- Returning international travellers who need to comply with the Federal Government's 14-day self-isolation mandate
- Have symptoms associated with COVID-19 or
- May have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
We also urge our guests to visit the Federal Government's Health website or the State Government's Health website for the latest information about the COVID-19 virus and its impacts in our areas.
